Who comes along
Who in your party goes where
At Casino New Brunswick, the age line depends on the door you walk through, not on the building itself. Add the people in your party to this page's checker, and it sorts the floor, dining rooms, concert venue and hotel desk.

The floor and its dining rooms
Casino New Brunswick admits guests aged 19 and older to its gaming floor. Each guest needs valid government photo ID, such as a driver's licence, a passport or a provincial ID card. The Buffet and the Hub City Pub sit on the casino floor itself. Anyone who walks into either one must therefore be 19 or older, even for a meal.
Under the operator's family policy, people under 19 may not enter any casino or gaming floor at any time. That holds for a short visit as well as a full evening. If a teenager is travelling with you, plan dinner and the evening around places off the floor.

The second piece of ID
Guests at Casino New Brunswick who look younger than 30 may be asked for a second piece of ID. A provincial health card works, and so does a credit or debit card. Great Canadian casinos use ID scanning devices, and anyone under 30 must show valid government-issued ID.
If you are close to 30, or simply look young, bring both pieces. A driver's licence and a health card cover the photo ID and the backup in one wallet. Guests who have just turned 19 should carry the same pair.
The concert venue and the hotel desk
The Molson Canadian Centre works differently from the floor. Its events are open to all ages unless a show says otherwise. Check each show's own notice before buying tickets for a teenager. Children 24 months and under may enter without a ticket if they sit on an accompanying adult's lap.
Casino New Brunswick's hotel asks that the person checking in be 19 or older. This guide has no published rule on younger guests sharing a room. Call the hotel on 1-877-859-7775 or 506-859-7770, extension 2, and ask before you book.
Four-legged guests
Pets are not allowed on the gaming floor at Casino New Brunswick, but service animals are. The hotel accepts up to two pets per room, cats and dogs only, up to 50 lb each. A nightly fee applies, and the hotel can confirm it. Mention any pet when you reserve, on extension 2.
Questions at the desk
What is the casino age in New Brunswick?
The age is 19 in New Brunswick, for casinos and Atlantic Lottery products alike. Casino New Brunswick requires guests on its floor to be 19 or older.
Can a 19-year-old use a student card as ID?
A student card is not among the IDs the casino names. Bring valid government photo ID, such as a driver's licence, a passport or a provincial ID card. If staff ask for a second piece, a provincial health card or a credit or debit card will do.
Can teenagers eat at the Buffet?
Teenagers cannot eat there. The Buffet sits on the casino floor, so everyone who enters must be 19 or older. The same applies to the Hub City Pub.
Can my teenager come to a concert?
Yes, unless the show says otherwise. Events at the Molson Canadian Centre are open to all ages by default, so check the notice for the show you have in mind.
